Postage

Dianne Mangan Studio uses Australia Post as a delivery agent. In case of larger or heavy items we will contact you to organise a specific delivery method and cost.

All purchases require a shipping/ mailing address so purchases can be delivered.

Postage charges for the first release are set at special discounted rates:

• free for small items
• a flat rate of $30 standard mail within Australia.
• All items include appropriate packaging, insurance and are trackable and you will be supplied with these details via email when your order is packed and shipped.

Orders delivered by Australia Post will usually deliver your order within no later than 10 days from dispatch, may vary based on location and if there are any public holidays in the period of dispatch.
We will usually process your order within 4business days or sooner after it is received. If we are unable to process your order within that time, Dianne Mangan Studio will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

Unclaimed orders:

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow tracking advice and be present when order is being delivered. Regardless of the postal service, deliveries will always be attempted at least once, and if undeliverable, will then be taken to the local post office or relevant postal centre until claimed. If customer does not claim this order within 5-10 business days (may differ depending on country and service), the order may be returned to us, and in such a case we do not offer a refund or replacement. However we are willing to re-send the order if the customer is willing to cover extra postage costs.
